A: As usual, if we have the products in stock, the delivery time is around 7 to 15 working days after receiving the deposit.
If we don't have the products in stock, we will arrange the production right now, the delivery time will be around 35 to 60 working days after receiving a deposit.

A: Yes, we can do as you tell us to, you just need to offer us the necessary documents and then we will produce the products as your requirements, like silk print your logo on the product, customized color box, design and produce based on your idea and draft, etc.
9, Q: How about the shipment?
A: For Sample Order or Small Order, it can be sent by express companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. We have strong cooperation with them and if you have the express company collected account, you will no need to pay us.
For Bulk Orders, it would be sent by sea. We have our cooperation forwarder and you also can use your cooperative forwarder.
Before delivery, all products will be inspected by our factory QC department, and do our best to ensure that each product will be in good condition before shipment.
10, Q: What are your packing details?
A: Generally speaking, we pack the goods in our standard export strong brown carton, Wooden case is optional.
If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods into your brand box after obtaining your authorization book.
All of the productions are inspected carefully by QC before delivery, we have 100% tests before delivery.
11, Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can produce by your samples or technical drawings, also can build the molds and fixtures.
Sample and shipment costs should be prepaid first, all samples' costs will return into bulk orders at last.
Sample lead time is around 7 to 15 working days after received T/T sample payment & freight cost.
